When Kimmi arrived in Victoria she was a skinny, cold and scared 10-week-old pup.
Kimmi relocated from the Kimberley to the Dingo Discovery Sanctuary and Research Centre in Sunbury.
Now, aged four, she has grown into an “exuberant dingo”, according to Australian Dingo Foundation director Lyn Watson.
“She has turned into the most delightful character; she is exuberant and she understands every word you say,” Mrs Watson said. “She is highly active and agile and an absolute character.”
The wild-born mammal spends her days adventuring with 40 other dingoes.
