Lara Worthington turned heads in a dress reminiscent of Madonna’s iconic cone bra as well-heeled guests kicked off the Melbourne Fashion Festival. The model sashayed into the NGV in a cutout leather Dion Lee ensemble for the first runway show on Thursday night. David Jones ambassadors Victoria Lee, Tom Derickx and Adam Goodes were air-kissing to fashion as they waltzed past the gallery’s famed water wall and celebrated the event’s 25th anniversary.
