She might have been single for two years, but that hasn’t stopped Brisbane’s Janey Birks from picking up a wedding dress, or three. The quirky 31-year-old children’s entertainer, who will appear on Bachelor in Paradise, confessed that friends have banned her from looking in the bridal section of op shops. “If you’ve ever tried on one and had it fit you perfectly, it’s so magical,” Birks said. Birks also has a cardboard cut-out of Harry Styles and a dancer’s pole at her home. She was first introduced to Australia when she turned up to the 2016 season of The Bachelor dressed as Cinderella, and has returned to Bachelor in Paradise, which premieres tonight, hoping to find someone who will embrace her personality.
