A friendly nuzzle puts a smile on the longest of faces.
At almost 18 hands and 850kg, 16-year-old stallion Souvenir, pictured with Eliza, 4, certainly fits the bill for the National Heavy Horse Festival at Werribee Equestrian Park.
Commonwealth Clydesdale Horse Society media officer Ashlee Blight said there would be something for everyone at this weekend’s event, which includes harness, long-rein and dressage competitions.
